Soccer Camp Registration

NOTE: 

Approval of the waiver form (below) by the parent/guardian will be required before camper(s) are confirmed for camp. Copies of waivers are available upon request. Contact [email protected] if desired.

There is a $25.00 cancelation fee. During the week of camp, there is a $50.00 cancelation fee. Please contact Mark Reitinger ([email protected]) if you need to cancel. 

Camper Info

The camper must be 6 years of age at the time of the camp. If his or her date of birth is less than 6 years of age, the camper will not be able to register. We invite you to join us when the minimum age is reached. 

Medical Information

  • Registrant has severe allergies or reactions to food.

    PLEASE NOTE: Children will pack their own lunches each day of camp. The Ambassadors Football Camp cannot guarantee that any camper with allergies will not be in proximity with causes of allergic reactions. Parents or guardians allow their son(s) or daughter(s) to attend camp knowing this risk.
